Return & Exchange Policy

At GoFactoryPrice.ae, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • One-time exchange is allowed per order
  • Exchange can be requested for:
    • Size
    • Color
    • Same or another product (subject to availability)
  • AED 20 return pickup fee will be charged for exchange requests
  • Exchange requests after the first exchange will not be accepted

🔁 Return Policy

  • One-time return is allowed per order
  • AED 20 return pickup fee will be charged for returns
  • Refunds are issued as a Credit Note (Store Credit) only

Credit Note Details:

  • Can be used for future purchases on GoFactoryPrice.ae
  • Has no cash value and is non-transferable

Refund Amount Includes:

  • Full product price

Refund Amount Excludes:

  • Shipping / delivery charges
  • Return pickup fee (AED 20)

🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For returns or exchanges, customers may be required to return the item as instructed by our support team
  • If pickup service is used, AED 20 will be charged
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear
  • Swimwear
  • Socks
  • Earrings or personal accessories (if applicable)
  • Electronics
  • Personal hygiene products

🚨 Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged at the time of delivery, you must report the issue within 2 working days of receiving the order.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a refund in the form of store credit

Damage claims reported after 2 working days from delivery will not be accepted

Products damaged due to personal use, mishandling, accidental damage, or wear and tear by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

  • GoFactoryPrice.ae reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy
