✅ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • One-time free exchange is allowed per order

  • Exchange can be requested for:

    • Size

    • Color

    • Same or another product (subject to availability)

  • No additional exchange fee will be charged

  • Exchange requests after the first exchange will not be accepted

🔁 Return Policy

  • One-time return is allowed per order

  • Refunds are issued as a Credit Note (Store Credit) only

Credit Note Details:

  • Can be used for future purchases on GoFactoryPrice.ae

  • Has no cash value and is non-transferable

  • Refund amount includes:

    • Full product price

  • Refund amount excludes shipping / delivery charges

🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For returns or exchanges, customers may be required to return the item as instructed by our support team

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

  • Earrings or personal accessories (if applicable)

  • Electronics

  • Personal hygiene products

🚨 Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged at the time of delivery, you must report the issue within 2 working days of receiving the order.

  • Once verified, we will offer either:

    • a free replacement, or

    • a refund in the form of store credit

  • Damage claims reported after 2 working days from delivery will not be accepted

  • Products damaged due to personal use, mishandling, accidental damage, or wear and tear by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund
