Order cancellation
Orders once placed are sent directly to our warehouses and hence these cannot be cancelled on the system after they have been shipped. However if you have placed an order by mistake then please contact us immediately and we will cancel the order for you.

Return and Refunds  (Orders within UAE)
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.

Refund/Exchange is applicable as follows.

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong or damaged item you can request a refund or a reshipment which will be Free of Charge.
  • If item is delivered correctly but you have changed your mind and would like to change the order or size etc. This is possible by paying the return pickup & delivery charges of AED 20. Please make sure that the item is its in original condition before requesting for the exchange. This option is not applicable for undergarments and electronics items.
  • Return request can be applied within 3 days of receiving the order. All the returned orders should be in its original unused condition.

If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you have paid by Cash on Delivery then a GoFactoryPrice.com shopping voucher of equivalent amount will be issues to you as refund.

Return & Refunds (International Shipment – Outside UAE)
Exchange of the products for orders outside UAE is not included in our policy due to cost of the international shipments involved. However if incorrect/damaged item was delivered to you compared to the order that you have placed, then we offer you free exchange or refund options.
